Recently Steve ,Rod and Wayne completed the electrical upgrade of a American Baler NSB410.

This Baler was located in Germany and brought to Australia by Phoenix System where together RS Automation and Phoenix Systems undertook the challenge to rebuild the Electrical Control Panel and upgrade the PLC to an Allen Bradley System.

The Electrical Control Panel was showing its age so we gave it a facelift with a new legend plate and a fresh look with a 12″ Panelview Plus operator terminal.

The Control panel was stripped of 30 years of modifications and once again resembles that of a new panel.

RS Automation continue to do service calls and breakdowns for Phoenixs Systems on all American Balers and IPS Balers.
